PiP is a family and dog friendly café with a separate community room in the heart of a beautiful park called ‘The Great Field’ in Poundbury, Dorchester.  We have a mile long walking, running or cycling track around the field, which is planted with wild flower meadows and has over 500 trees. Around The Great Field there is also an outside gym, a large wooden play area, table tennis, basketball court and zip wire!  Plus an expansive area to play football, cricket or rounders and still enough space to experience peace and quiet with a picnic.

Pavilion in the Park and The Great Field are the perfect destination for families, meeting up with friends, walking your dog (we have doggie treats available!), exercise lovers, visitors and local residents.

We serve breakfast & lunch plus dishes of the day, homemade cakes and bakes, milkshakes, smoothies, ice-creams and hot/cold drinks
